Wayne Garcia, voted “One of the Best Real Estate Agents in Texas”, by Texas Monthly magazine (March 2005), has been selling real estate in Dallas for 10 years. Wayne is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station where he earned a degree in Architecture & Environmental Design. After college he spent four years working for Ryland Homes' corporate office in Columbia, Maryland where he gained valuable construction experience. He was hired to solve design & construction issues on-site for builders when architectural plans went awry. The experience proved valuable for his future as a Realtor. His passion for architecture drew him to real estate sales where he uses his expertise in residential construction & design on a daily basis. “My clients benefit greatly from my knowledge of homes”, says Wayne.
