The Elegant Homes program is an upscale marketing program specifically designed for the luxury home market. Generally, a home must be valued in the top ten percent of homes in its immediate market area to qualify as an Elegant Home. Our associates also evaluate homes based on location, level of finish including fixtures and types of materials used in construction, proximity to amenities such as lakes or golf courses, and special features such as pools, guest houses, or gourmet kitchens.
